My two grandchildren live with me and they have KidCare insurance. Anyone that has to deal with government insurance knows that it is a hastle to find a dentist/doctor, get an appointment and then sometimes you are not treated equal to others that have higher paying insurance. We live some miles away from Springfield but this was the nearest dental office that would accept new patients with our insurance. The whole staff was very pleasant, got us in right away, did great dental work, and when we had to make another appointment, we felt like they accually wanted us to return. They treated us with respect and did a great job on my grandchildrens teeth. Yes, I will continue going the extra miles for great service like that.
