I absolutely love White Oaks Flower Shoppe! They have a wonderful assortment of flowers, and the employees are very friendly. They took the time out to explain the different arrangements to me, and also informed me that I could have an arrangement custom made, which would have been cheaper anyway. I would definitely recommend this flower shoppe to anyone who is in need of buying flowers for someone special... and they do deliver!!
